Caterpillar's new generation of primary and secondary mills use industry-leading technology that can reduce cycle time by up to 52% and burn more fuel per liter.

The new CAT® shredder series includes three new rotatable primary models-P318, P324 and P332-with 360-degree rotation, and three new fixed secondary models-P218, P224 and P232. Both crusher series are suitable for machines ranging from 18 to 50 tons.

The new design is based on the same reliable industry-leading SpeedBooster technology as in the CAT multiprocessor. When there is no load, this unique feature can quickly close the jaws. When the jaw is in contact with the material, the SpeedBooster hydraulic valve automatically switches to the power mode to obtain the maximum power and quickly crush the concrete.

CAT's new primary shredder provides efficient and profitable demolition of concrete structures, balancing speed and power by providing 52% faster cycle time and 21% higher force than previous models.

The bidirectional 360-degree rotating positioning jaws of the P300 series models are used to grab materials of suitable size for further processing. The integrated steel cutter quickly cuts pipes, steel bars and other embedded materials to improve the efficiency of demolition.

CAT's secondary shredder can reduce cycle time by up to 44% and increase the force in concrete demolition by up to 20%, thereby increasing the performance of secondary material processing applications by up to 15%.

The wide jaw opening allows the operator to grab more material from any angle, thereby increasing processing speed and increasing overall material throughput.

Provide the expected output, reliability, durability and value of CAT products. These two new crusher series are characterized by bolted wear parts, which can be quickly replaced on site without hard-face welding maintenance, so the crusher can be more expensive Multi-time work. Improve reliability and service life. All hydraulic components are protected in a shell, with bolted removable panels, providing complete maintenance access.

CAT asset tracking is integrated into all new shredders and can be used to quickly locate accessories. Easy-to-establish site boundaries improve attachment security by sending alerts when assets move outside the set boundaries. Asset tracking allows the effective management of the entire fleet of accessories, which can be quickly viewed via VisionLink® and Product Link™ subscription devices.

These new shredders can work on a range of excavators and are designed to increase the efficiency of power provided by CAT hydraulic excavators.

As an integrated solution, CAT's next-generation excavators include shredder settings in the control device, allowing the excavator to quickly identify accessories and automatically establish correct operating settings. Together with CAT excavators, these new shredders are underwritten by CAT dealers.
