1,What is the delivery time ?
Generally we need 3-5 days to produce the machine after prepayment ,if you are urgent , 2 days will be ok ,then send to port .
2,How about the warranty ?
We supply 12 months warranty .
3,How should we do if the machine broken ?
You can take a video to us and our technicians will analyze the cause of the problem based on the video.
4,How should we do if parts are broken ?
We advise customers to purchase some conventional accessories based on their country and environment. If other parts broke ,we will send to you by sea of by air .
