For the warranty, you will get a new one if the using chisel length is less than 10% of the standard length (Must be the normal working abrasion) . But only for one time to replace.

And any damages in section A and section B, you will get a new one (Except the belowing situations). No warranty for section C.

 

 

Section A

The images above show that the chisel part in Section A is damaged due to the big gaps between the chisel and guiding bushing. No warranty!
