SWTOR 6.0 Tactical Items and Obtaining Guide-VULKK.com

With the release of Game Update 6.0 and the new expansion film Onslaught, BioWare and SWTOR are moving in new directions in terms of equipment and character construction. Statistics and rules remain the same, but the introduction of RNG and a new equipment slot called Tactical Items Slot may change the gameplay of your favorite class and its specifications. This guide will tell you what these tactics are, where to find them and what rewards they offer!

Note: If the tactic has been redesigned or significantly updated in other ways (except for number increase or weakening), the previous effect of the tactic will be marked with a strikethrough, and the new effect will be listed below it.

When you reach level 75 (the current new upper limit in the onslaught), a whole new world of opportunities is opened for you and your character. With the release of patch 6.0, BioWare has added a large number of new armor sets with unique new set bonuses for all classes. The developer also invented a new gear groove. It is called "tactics".

New tactical items are obtained after you play games and complete missions, fight in PvP, flashpoint, battle in action, or perform daily missions. Some may be part of mission rewards, and some may be randomly dropped from special creatures (usually Boss or Mini Boss). You can also buy tactical equipment from suppliers or make them.

If you refuse to fight with RNGods and buy directly, you will be happy to learn that there are vendors on the fleet willing to sell you these precious new equipment at a certain price. They are located in the consumables section. And, yes, they are also suppliers of armor parts.

The tactical items of fleet suppliers are quite expensive. They have the same value as armor. The good news is that, like all armor parts, tactical equipment is bound to your legacy.

The tactical item slot is located on the left side of the gear panel, just above the relic slot.

When you hover your mouse over the tactic, the tooltip will provide you with all the information you need. The example in the image above is an item that was checked before buying from a supplier, so it contains price information at the bottom.

The top of the tooltip is reserved for the project name. The background around the title represents the level of the project.

Below it, you will see confirmation that the item is indeed bound to your estate. All equipment is under attack. BioWare transfers the credit transfer to other places :)

The green text accurately explains the abilities that this tactic affects and/or how it improves/changes your performance in combat or non-combat.

The light blue text on the next line is both a lore note and a joke. Most of them are short and usually very interesting.

Not all tactical items are available everywhere. In theory, most tactical items can be plundered from gameplay, but there are some exceptions. The list below will help you understand which parts of the game are available and what you need to do to get them.

When you reach level 75, you can use a new option. You can now choose the priority loot type. Right-click the icon of the character, and you can choose between multiple options, as shown in the figure above.

BioWare did a great job, providing tips on where to find each item. Let me remind you again that in theory, every activity in the game can allow you to give up various equipment or tactics. However, there are some exceptions.

The following list shows all level 75 tactical items, the rewards they provide, and the best chance of obtaining them.
