Pythagoras once said that three is a perfect number.

In order to meet the needs of many construction sites, MB Crusher has manufactured three new grabs, designed and constructed with the company's philosophy in mind: simplifying on-site work, reducing the time spent on processing materials, and saving operating costs. It ensures that the grab can work in multiple application areas: handling logs, stones, debris, poles, positioning stones for gypsum board, cleaning branches, etc.

The new models are specially designed for small excavators: MB-G350 and MB-G450.

The former weighs 187.4 pounds. It is also compatible with small excavators weighing from 2,600 to 5,200 pounds.

The latter weighs 644 pounds. And can be installed on a medium excavator weighing 6,000 to 12,000 pounds.

According to the manufacturer, small and compact, versatile, safe, flexible and precise, both grabs have larger openings than any other grab on the market. Despite their small size, they can still pick up and handle large materials and are equipped with anti-fall valves to ensure the safety of the work site. Parts that are prone to wear are made of Hardox steel.

Both models are designed to be equipped with electrical kits for double-acting hydraulic systems: in this way, even with a small excavator with only two hoses, the two grabs can be rotated 360 degrees.

Like the larger models, the MB-G450 sorting grab is equipped with interchangeable blades that can be turned over to extend the life of the blades. Finally, both units are available in two versions: with or without rotating turret.

Both grabs can be equipped with accessories to simplify material management: the flip-top kit is ideal for collecting and handling small materials, picking up soil, gravel and sand. The multi-purpose blade kit helps pick up odd-shaped materials.

For the MB-G450 sorting gripper, users can install a tilt-lift rubber protection kit to manage corner blocks and fine materials.

It weighs 3560.47 pounds. And 0.44 cubic meters / 440 liters of load capacity, suitable for multifunctional, compact and reliable equipment: the new MB-G1000 grab is designed for heavy work. Thanks to this work, the device has been enhanced without losing flexibility and ease of use.

Two new features have now become standard: dual motors, which provide greater rotation and closing forces, and a balance valve mounted on the hydraulic cylinder, which makes the device more precise when handling materials.

This new model is also equipped with a ramp, which allows the device to work regardless of angle, and has a 360-degree hydraulic rotation, allowing the grab to effectively pick up materials under all working conditions.

It is also equipped with a safety valve to prevent accidental opening of the excavator when the pressure drops. There is also a mute block that allows the device to work in areas where you need to pay attention to noise.

Depending on the job, the MB-G1000 model can be equipped with various accessories: the blade grip improvement kit, which enables the device to handle materials with better grip and better control, which is very suitable for materials with specific weights and shapes. The multi-purpose blade kit consists of two blades: teeth on one side and smooth on the other. Another accessory is the tilt-lift rubber protection kit, which can handle corner blocks or delicate materials. Finally, there are clamshell kits for collecting and processing small materials.
